Hi, I’m the owner and instructor at Spotted-Wings Equestrian, located in scenic Tennessee. Horses have been my lifelong passion, and I’ve dedicated over 12+ years to riding, training, and helping others connect with these incredible animals.

My teaching is deeply influenced by a behavioral and herd-based understanding of horse communication. I believe in working with the horse—not just on it—by observing and respecting their natural body language, instincts, and mindset. This foundation builds trust, confidence, and a solid partnership, both in and out of the saddle.

I’ve expanded my horsemanship through clinics with renowned riders like Elisa Wallace, William Fox-Pitt, and many others whose technical skill and thoughtful training approaches continue to shape how I ride and teach. I work with students of all ages and backgrounds in both English and Western disciplines, offering guidance for beginners through to show riders.

A big part of my journey is my own horse, Cash—a 16-year-old Oldenburg gelding out of Simpatico M, who joined me with just four months under saddle. Training and growing alongside him has taught me patience, presence, and the beauty of partnership. He's not just my horse—he's a reflection of the training philosophy I share with every student. The name Spotted Wings Eq. was inspired by Cash.
