Rider Release Form (TN/GA)
What is a Rider Release Form?
A rider release form is a legal document that outlines the terms and conditions a rider agrees to when participating in a specific activity or event involving riding, such as horseback riding, motocross, cycling, or similar activities. The primary purpose of this form is to release the event organizer, property owner, or sponsoring entity from liability in case of injury, accident, or damage. By signing the form, the rider acknowledges the risks associated with the activity and agrees to take personal responsibility for their safety. This form is essential for both the rider and the organizer, as it helps establish clear expectations while providing an added layer of protection against legal disputes.
